Reports to: Project Coordinator

Job Purpose

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing administrative as well as customer/builder support for the Project Coordinator at Royal Flooring.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent Project Coordinator in meetings with homeowners, builders, and sales representatives when attending meetings in their absence.
• Run client selection meetings, ensuring thorough notes are being taken, and final selections are being recorded.
• Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system.
• Create selection sheets with client’s choices, ensures all selected materials are within budget, and signed off on by homeowner to avoid discrepancies.
• Create preliminary drawings and quotes.
• Upload blueprints and complete drawings in Measure Pro.
• Schedule warranties (as needed) after installation has been completed.

Qualifications:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Design and/or relevant industry experience is preferred, though not required.

• Active listening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and professional
• Previous Customer Service or Sales experience
• Good computer skills, and familiar with Microsoft products
• Knowledge of interior furnishings (cabinetry, countertops, flooring) a great plus!

Working conditions:

You will be expected to work Monday – Friday from 9 AM- 5 PM.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
